How do I dump a eShop game that I purchased and installed on my System Memory?

This I know but this is only for games purchased and installed onto an SD card not purchased and installed onto System Memory.

"Step 30: Click on the Games Tab, then Click on Parse NCAs. This should finish, and all of your games present on the SD card should be listed, along with any Updates and DLC."
How exactly am I supposed to get games from the System Memory? This process seems to only detail games on the SD.
I have read over the readme multiple times so if I am missing something please point the part where I can retrieve the games from the System Memory.

SD =/= SD card; SD is just a catch-all for storage device. Part of the steps of the process involve mounting the NAND (aka the internal system memory). Plus, this tool is based off the original which dumped .NCA files which I don't think you have the knowledge on how to convert.
