Hacking Question please help!!! sd card bootloader problems on switch

hi everyone.
I dont usually ask for help but this is my last resort!
i bought i switch yesterday. its on version 6.1.0. i checked the serial number and everything checks out. i watched a tutorial on sd files and tegraRcm etc.
everything was going smoothly. i was able to get the switch into RCM mode and load the bootloader hakate.
now i try to launch the cfw and i and the message: error failed to init sd card. please make sure sd card is inserted properly.
What am i going wrong? the sd card shows up on the official switch firmware.
i am using a 32gb kingston sd card.
any advise is appreciated

What is the file system on your SD card? Exfat or fat32? Also dont use youtube videos

I tried both exfat and fat32 they both say the same thing.
I even used a tutorial from here and it still says the same

If there are nothing on the card (games etc), because you bought it yesterday, then format the SD card ON the Switch! Then copy all the files needed for CFW on the SD card again. Load your payload and let us know what happened

Please DL the files for the SD card here: https://github.com/tumGER/SDFilesSwitch/releases/tag/v10.1.1
And the payload here: https://github.com/CTCaer/hekate/releases

Now format the SD card again (ON THE SWITCH!) and put the SD files on it.
Then use the Hekate 4.2 payload and let us know again what happened

One last question: Did you bought it new or used?

that is the same DL files and payload i have tried at least 50 times today!!!!!
i bought the switch used

i checked the serial number and from what i gather it is fine.

Looks good!
Does your SD card has the exfat format?
If so please format it as Fat32 and try it again.
Thats the last idea i have at the moment.

i have tried both fat32 and exfat
im going to try a 64gb tomorrow and see if it changes
