I'm not saying they're trying to frame TX, all that I'm saying is you need proof to justify a position.

and yet, nobody has even made that claim (I'm on your side here). Only baseless accusations at myself, smf, and xiaNaix because we are asking people to look at the grey areas involved in the situation. All 3 of us have openly bashed and condemned the actions of TX, while simply asking the public at large to consider that m4x was not an innocent bystander who got lured into working with TX. He voluntarily provided contact info, and said he would be "happy" to work with them. He posted the screenshot of that himself. It's not up for debate or interpretation. The man was interested in doing business, despite what he and Daniel claim.

garyopa drunkenly typed up a statement from TX as "we" - that's as close to anyone being a spokesman in this thread as you can get, there is no close second. xiaNaix in particular confirmed he is not a part of TX, merely knows a member who reached out and asked to make an introduction to m4xw - this is logical, since xiaNaix is of course connected to lots of sceners considering he has been into console hacking for literally decades, and owned PSX-SCENE. If you've been around since <2000, you're automatically part of Team-Xecuter, I guess!

We'd be looking at an upcoming release of "RetroSX," shaking our fists if TX dug a little deeper into their pockets and offered m4xw $9-10k + small % on future sales. I guarantee he would have found a way around all these morals that suddenly popped up after months of secret conversations with TX

I am not defending TX, I know the code for nx-hbloader was stolen, among everything else that has been proven. You are just upset that I am attempting to show the readers here some shades of grey, and that not everything is black and white. m4xw is no saint.

You... know i was kidding, right? But tell me, how do you know TX is telling the truth, and m4x is lying about the reason he backed out? I havent seen any of the fabled 'proof' that he is lying about the reason being them wanting him to use licensed code.

Nobody seems to believe it but if I were part of Team Xecuter I'd have no problem revealing it. I've known members going back to their inception but never actually got involved. I was too busy running PSX-SCENE during the PS3 era (Fun Fact: I never owned a PS3) and never really got into the 360 scene. My 360 is still embarrassingly un-modded. I'm mostly interested in retro gaming now, which is how I ended up in this debacle to begin with.
