Hacking Transferring Pokemon from CIA to Cartridge with PokeBank

So I want to receive my ash-greninja from the Pokemon sun/moon demo, however I know that it can only transfer to sun and moon which I have a cia version of. My thought process is this:

-Transfer from demo to moon CIA
-Transfer from cia to PokeBank
-Transfer from PokeBank to Ultra Sun cartridge.

So I guess my question is will there be any way I can be banned for transferring through the moon CIA with Pokebank? If I'll only be doing online battles with the official cartridge, can I be banned? And will pokebank even recognize the CIA?

I got a MUCH simpler solution... Load up your save on PkHeX or use PKSM and just inject the wondercard, then simply pick it up from the man at the Pokecenter, no need for extremely roundabout ways or anything, plus it's 100% safe too

Even If Im using the pokemon for competitive online battles there wont be any issues?

I'm pretty sure they can't tell the difference, but don't quote me. I think people who got caught using PKSM/hex/etc were those who were making illegal pokemon. Pokemon with max stats, all shinies, etc.

If there were any issues (which should not happen if simply downloading the wonder card) it would just let you know that the team is unable to participate. AFAIK, there is no way to get banned online simply from having hacked 'Mons
