Hacking I messed up my N3DS! "Failed to apply 1 FIRM patches!"

Hello everyone,

I have New 3DS running on 11.07 with CFW that i installed through this famous guide "3ds hacks guide" (link not allowed..).
Everything was installed on the CFW 3ds and running, but recently i made a huge mistake.. -.-

Yesterday I purchased Monster Hunter Generations Ultimate for the Nintendo Switch and because i played a decent amount on my 3DS, i wanted like to do a data transfer.
I lost the Monster Hunter Generations copy for the 3DS, but the cartridge is not needed. I wanted to download the data save transferrer application from the 3DS eshop, but i had to apply a system update. Of course i didn't use my head and i started the system update...
The N3DS is giving me now a black screen on both screens with an error:

An error has occurred:
Failed to apply 1 FIRM patch(es).
Press any button to shutdown

I'm not really sure what is going on now with the 3DS. I did do some research online, but tbh I'm not getting any wiser.
It looks godmode is still working tho..

Is there anyone out here, who can help me out?
Is it also possible to get my N3DS in its original state with CFW and all my old data?
And is it possible to enter the Eshop anyway with CFW on old firmware or a safe way to update my system with CFW, which allows me to enter the Eshop?

The question regarding the Eshop is because, i really want my old save data from my N3DS transferred to my Switch. (Not playing MHGU atm, because of the save data!!)
Of course i would like to see my N3DS up and running again cuz i still hang with my 3DS from time to time.

Uhhmm how do i install this?
Not really sure how to…. i put on somewhere on my N3DS SDcard and i boot it through something?

You download the zip. There is a boot.firm. Put that on root of your SD. Done.

Well, you have to understand, just googling up "11.8 Luma" immediately brings results about it needing to be updated. And after countless threads of people asking that without looking much it tends to make some people annoyed.
