so i tried it because it said it would let you get free games (and no im not greedy) like i used it and when the eshop launched nothing was free except for the already free games so is it really a joke!?

You used to be able to use TikDevil to do exactly what you described, but recently Nintendo has updated their services and now you'll get banned for it.

But it lasted for quite a long time, I think we were all a bit surprised after being able to download stuff from Nintendo's CDN for free for over two years. I think we kinda expected after that amount of time that Nintendo just gave up on securing their 3DS CDN and focused on the Switch instead.
