I would highly recommend doing so because it is a pain to unlink a Nintendo Account from a banned console especially if you have purchases made on that Nintendo Account.

Set up SX OS pretty early on at version 1.1, and have updated OFW once since the hack. I haven't really touched anything since then. Haven't been online with any games in SX OS, but have played MK8 online with OFW quite a few times. Still not banned.

It's exactly as I said. People that were banned are now fully banned, probably to prevent cert sharing.

So, you can get CDN banned by just updating nsp games. Never used freeshop or anything else like that. Still cdn banned. lol

So, we have to update games now by installing them using nsps. Or is there an easy way?

I only wanted to transfer BOTW SAVE from Wii U to Switch, this is so unfair.

Pretty much this. When you hack a console, expect to pay the price for it.

This is what happens when people abuse certificate handling with sharing certificates. Now tls-certs are going to get revoked for everyone caught pirating NSPs.

FreeShopNX and other tools are going to start resulting in superbans rather than just dauth loss.

You got caught in the cross-fire to Bob's GUI and everyone else. Blame Bob and other CDN abusing tools with public certificates. Can't have a public certificate if they burn every tls-certificate.

Probably anyone caught NSP loading or using NSP downloaders, since that means you were abusing CDN in some capacity even if it wasn't directly doing it. Some people might get caught without having used NSPs if the trigger for their ban might have *looked* like an NSP loading.

I have word from jjbredesen's Discord Server that they seem to be conducting a banwave and this time, they are doing full CDN-bans otherwise known as superbans. Please be sure to try updating something whether its your firmware (even if you're on 5.1) or a game for the error code 2137-7403 when filling out the survey or if you are already banned. Your ban may have been upgraded.

We'll need more data. Wouldn't surprise me if the auto-bans from FreeShopNX and such just become auto-superbans, though.
