For example if in the future a coldboot/warmboot solution appears for a lower firmware you'l be able to downgrade to it if you don't have any e-fuses burnt

Oh i just saw the key process to followThe tutorial @Halm linked will work but ChoiDujourNX is much simplier. Since you are not upgrading the firmware but just want ExFat autoRCM is not needed. Head over to the ChoiDujourNX thread and poke around there for specific instructions on how to accomplish what you want.
Just how can i distinguish if the Software update (5.1.0) i download has the exfat update?
