I looked it up as well. Turns out it was a fabricated article. They never served horse meat.

They had a supply chain who was connected to horse meat. They didn't serve horsemeat, although some of their stuff could have been tainted with it.

The big deal was to do with false advertising. If you sell something labelled as a Horse Burger in a country where thats legal, cool! If you sell a "Chicken Burger" which has no mention of horses in the ingredients but contains horse meat, it's a problem.
