Hacking What is this crap? WUP Installer help

I'm trying to figure out the way to use WUP Installer to install homebrew channel in sysmenu and some games. But this pack (https://sourceforge.net/projects/wup-installer-gx2/) is just a bunch of files that are incompatible with Homebrew Channel (it needs .elf files) What do I even do with this?? All guides just say "install it"

homebrew on wiiu runs .elf and .rpx

There's no .elf or .rpx in this pack. I think somebody uploaded it to troll people. I just found .elf version of this app.

I think I just figured it out too. Very nice of guide writers to never mention the distinction and link to the wrong versions.

never use video guides for anything like this they become quickly outdated and are commonly wrong always use https://hacks.guide/

Thanks. But I used this guide too, it's terribly incomplete and doesn't answer myriad questions that arise when hacking Wii U (probably messiest console to hack). Anyway, I seem to figure most things out and successfully launched Mario 3D World installed on NAND. Except I can't default Haxchi to sysmenu and have to press B.

What I have hacked pretty much every console that can be hacked and the WiiU was the easiest by far.

PS3 and Vita are hacked with a push of a button. Definitely easier than Wii U .
