Good. Nintendo should ban everyone who has hacked their Switch, even if for offline use.
what if I don't care to get banned? As long as it doesn't have any downside to it later, I couldnt careless as I don't plan to go online ever or pay their pay-to-play online features anyway... Even on 3DS I never played online with my original games even before hacking it, I only downloaded demos from the store... Never also tried a .CIA game online either after hacking it...

As long as we can get updates\DLC from external sources, I couldnt care a single bit.

And anyway I wonder WTF someone like you do in those kinds of forums LOL.

It's a valid comment. Since what we've seen a lot are people can't just keep their grubby hands of cheating in online. So I wouldn't mind people getting banned for playing with pirated copies personally.
Yeah, specially since they are taking slots in the servers for free AND THEN cheating just for giggles

Yeah that'd be really nice. Honestly all the hacks coming for Switch are turning me off to buying any game I was considering for online because like I said above, I stopped playing MK8 and skipped Splatoon on Wii U for the same reasons. I'm all for emulators and such, but when you jump on MK8 and an 8 year old takes off like a rocket at 800 mph with unlimited blue shells every other race it kills the experience.
At least the Switch version seems to be healthy, never encountered a cheater, unlike the WiiU

The heck is wrong with you? Why are you even on this forum in the first place? Hacking gives us the freedom to do anything we want. I don't want to be told what I'm suppose to do by companies. I paid for my device, so I want to use it for whatever.

Edit: Specifically this company (which is Ninty) doesn't want to give us Virtual Console, Internet Browser, Youtube, or even Netflix which is bs. So, if you hate hackers and want them to get banned then gtfo of this forum.

The save file editing kind of pissed me off. I was going to buy Splatoon but now I feel like it's as useless as MK8 on Wii U. Why bother playing when a 7 year old just hacks in super gear or uses infinite blue shells. I've hacked every console I could, but it just feels too early to have everything get ruined
Yes because it's not like there is a report option.

If people have broken it's laws and then been banned, I think it's the most normal thing in the world, because Nintendo has told them what they shouldn't do, but they actually did.

Daily reminder that Scires is making Atmosphere because he wants the ability to dump his save from the Pokemon Switch game then make some hacked Pokemon within said save which I wholeheartedly support. Not because I want to make a Wonder Guard Sableye, but the time required to make a perfect natured, perfect ability pokemon is too much, although possible.

he's banned so he won't be playing pokemon online anytime soon. :P

I have a question to anyone that has been banned :P, or anyone with information regarding bans, as one particular aspect has my full interest.
Is banning on account level only so far? Is their anything stopping a user creating a second account on the same switch? I might have missed something but I can't seem to find any concrete information regarding this matter. If anyone could enlighten me, would be greatly appreciated :P.

Don't quote me but I think bans are also tied to the hardware used.

Yes, we seen cdn caused bans but (easily detectable by ninty, you know the errors) they both messed with cdn. (I am saying this again) Some cdn downloaders only send redownload request, so maybe it should undetectable. And OP downloaded with cdn and still didnt ban. Maybe its the reason..

I pay full price for my console and for the games. If I want to use cheat/glitches then i will do that. Yeah I know "blablabla noob, cheater, hacker, ruining our online experience".
Not everyone wants to spend 500 hours playing by the rules to unlock some feature. I am not telling others how to enjoy their games and no one should tell me how to.

You guys know that all the bans are made by people using the CDN about 9-10months ago. Some of you that used the CDN might kiss your account goodbye and will be banned in a couple of months.
