What it's better PS2 modchip or Free Mcboot?
What it's different between Ps2 modchip and Free Mcboot?
Do I still need PS2 HDD and Nettverksadapter when I have Ps2 modchip?

1)Chip can basically do anything fmcb can + the addition of direct boot of all discs and orignal imports, so I would say a chip is better. Chip is going to cost significantly more unless you are capable of installing it yourself though, so unless you must have direct boot of everything or can install it yourself (chips are cheap now), then I'd stick with fmcb.

2)Fmbc is a softmod/exploit that lets you load other homebrew directly from the ps2 menu. Homebrew like esr can boot patched backups, openps2 loader can load from hdd/network/usb (usb is slow and sucks though). FMCB is just a quick and easy way to load them.

Chip is well, a modchip. Lets you boot backups and imports directly. Most chips have dev modes, so you can load a piece of homebrew by holding a button on the controller. A lot of chips work fine with FMCB, there's nothing stopping you having a chip for loading backups and then using fmcb for loading openps2loader for hdd games if you don't want to use the chips dev mode.

3) If you want to play from hdd, yes. If you want to play from discs, no.

If you plan to play games from a HDD only, then I'd recommend FMCB, because OPL and HDLoader together pretty much cover 100% of all games in terms of compatability.

If you plan to use burned games, I'd recommend a modchip, because with FMCB you can still play burned games, but you have to patch them to work with ESR (the C/DVD-R Loader), but compatability iirc is nowhere near 100% - but someone please correct me on that.

All correct, unless of course it's a 90000 without FreeMCBoot support (then it needs a chip or swap disc for any homebrew in the first place) - but frankly in this case it's better to trade consoles

One more criteria to keep in mind is the PS1 backup compatabilty.

Only a modchip will give you the chance to play burned PS1 games.
For softmodded consoles, there is only POPStarter available which is a patched PS1 emulator by Sony itself that was only released to be compatible with one game, but "abused" to launch any game.
The problem is the compatability, which is not the greatest and getting games to run, is combined with a bit of work.

You Can buy it on ebay. It is cheap.

I have buy mine in à game store a long time ago.

You have to be sure to get the DVD version + CD version. ( You can use it to install freemcb :D )

Not true. I've played plenty of burned PSX on my non-chip PS2's.. You can use some sort of swap method for them (even on a 90000). On a big PS2 you can use a PSX gameshark disc (even the one that came with a Gameshark 2), on a slim 900000, FreeMCboot wont work (on most revisions) but it will start up uLaunchELF which you can use to swap PSX games.
