ROM Hack Question Xenoblade Chronicles 2 v2.1.0 Cheats

Please help me with this strange case. I've played this game for a while with cheats, everything works fine except some cheats doesn't but that didn't bother me at all. But since I updated the firmware, whenever I use cheats, it softlock the game (the game freeze but music still playing). I tried to reinstall the game, but problem still exist. Tried different game, worked fine with its cheats so that must be not the overlay issue.

I'm on 19.0.1, fully updated with everything relates to use cheats in game. I'm using cheats from Kaito B (almost identical with this one posted here).

Edit1: Tried with the cheats posted here, still softlock the game.

Try rollback to the previous firmware version, see if that fixes the issue
 
Also something like a pickup radius?

Y'know, when you beat certain story encounters that go straight into a cutscene, it'll automatically pick up all items around you. Is there anyway to activate that effect just... all the time? Or anytime you end battle?
 
Is there a way for me to unlock Custom Difficulty, or rather, force it on a clean Torna save without NG+?
 
Does anybody have any cheat to change the Weather? The Xenoblade series' weather-specific enemies are some of the worst things I've ever seen in a game, holy crap
