Does it turn on at all?

It appears that you soldered to the correct places... (I am not sure why you chose the ground there). Are you using an SD reader that is compatible?

Go here for more info. (N3ds XL is close to the bottom.)

I think there is a problem about cables maybe ribbon cables. I am using a comptible reader but I will buy another one soon to try again

If you need to replace the logic board, you can find them on ebay. Search with new 3ds xl replacement boards list at least 2 working for sale at $65.

You can buy a broken one and use that for parts.

Your other option is to get the part from ifixit.

If you got games or important data, I recommend scavenging the parts you need to fix your board.
