Okay so I know you sad you downgraded but you said 22.1 to 22.0. . .regardless this error message means that hekate is outdated and you need to download the offical hekate latest files (HATS pack is pretty unreliable in most packages). While your at it download the official atmosphere files being carefull not to overwrite your configs.

Do you have any other "borrowed" games that you can attempt to start, it sounds like a sig patch issue, sys-patch is the alternative to sig patches since sig patches are hard to come by.
