You need to change the default theme to something else in order to create the initial extdata. Change the theme to one of the included color themes and try again.

Themes are not showing up for me. I download one using a QR code and press the a button to install it, but my theme doesn't change. It was working before but as soon as i ejected and put back in my SD card the other day, it stopped working. Any ideas?

edit: of course it starts working as soon I post this... for some reason a couple of re-boots fixed it.

For some reason none of the bgms play anymore. I replaced them for all my themes and checked if they were below 3 MB. They play fine in Usagi so I don't know why it isn't working. :/

Are you playing them individually or on shuffle?

They're currently on shuffle. They used to work on shuffle too.

Are you going to fix that problem where when using shuffle, all the theme's BGMs dont loop properly? they just kinda stop for some reason.

i'm not willing to test but i heard the latest closed source version of themely already fixed that, so it is something that can be implemented if they find out how

Looks very nice. I'll have to use it in tandem with Themely and see how well they compair. I love that Themely is not only able to browse themes on 3dsthem.es, but also is made and maintained by the site owner, Erman himself. Will this ever see online integration, or will this just be for localized themes on the SD?

themeplaza.eu support is on the project's roadmap. We'll probably see it in a future release, not necessarily the next one, but definitely in the future.

For some reason anemone3ds QR feature don't work.
I press the R button and it shows a black screen.
Also it's a 2ds i am doing this on and i am on version 11.6

On the Home Menu, try clicking the Home Menu Icon in the top-left-hand corner (the one with the house and wrench). From there, select "Change Theme."

If memory serves, this should create the extdata for your Home Menu. If not, try changing the default theme, then changing back.

Not exactly, you could try to install a theme with no music and then install a new theme with the no music one (not saying that would 100% work but it's theoretical)

I'm getting a crash when trying to install a single theme (yes, I'm on the latest version).

I have no clue why this happens but whenever I download bcstms from SmashCustomMusic (yes it's back up) the music doesn't play. When I download the brstms and covert them, they play but the audio is all screwed up.

So the music isn't looping for me on any of these official themes I'm trying with Anemone. Plays the music section once and then stops where it's supposed to loop back to the beginning.

EDI: looks like it's happening when I shuffle, but not when I install just a single one.
