It's not the ROM.
It means the vessel.rpx that comes with the F-Zero X release on N64 VC.

Get Wii U USB Helper and try downloading the F-Zero X N64 VC title, decrypted, then it should be inside /code/ I believe.

As far as I know, it doesn't matter.
get the USA version and simply get the vessel.rpx out of that one.
Everything else shouldn't matter.

srs if you dont even know how to replace a single rom inside a ds vc how do you expect to fix a game that doesnt even boot? makes no sence its like telling someone who never coded to make an homebrew emulator.

I know use 64 rom injected in WiiU, the problem is Pokemon Stadium pal spain

you just dont get it do you? replacing the rom will do you nothing since the game does not boot at all, every pal version doesnt boot, you would need alot of config knowledge to even know what you are doing.
