Hello
I'd like to make a way to boot my computer from distance but I don't know how
I've heard in my programming class that it's possible through batch file, but we didnt receive the knowledge about how to do it yet
The problem, is that I host a Plex server on my desktop. I'm going to move of city soon to my mom's house and I'd like to boot my desktop from distance in case it turns off (exemple, black out).
I'd also like to be able to enter the password of my window user account when it gets into windows after BIOS (or maybe should I just remove the password?)
So, Do I need the IP? do I need a server/client inside my desktop to receive the signal?
How do I get my computer to boot on from distance?
I also heard it was possible to get the batch file auto-boot the computer from the router, but maybe I misunderstood :S
anyway, if youve got any idea, can you please share them with me?
thanks
