I want to Dual Boot iOS on to my Samsung Galaxy J5, however I'm reluctant of doing it if I can't restore my Android and Apps (although I'm less worried about the apps)...
If there is a way, could I please know!

You can't dual-boot nor flash iOS system.
Why would you want that restricted crap anyways?

The most you may be able to do is dual boot different Android roms.

Also, reminder that rooting/modifying the boot/system files may trigger the knox efuse which is permanent.

Knox is only a Samsung thing as far as I'm aware, so I guess that warning is fine so long as the OP isn't using anything older than an S4.
