When I attempt to create emunand ,it shows me
sysnand min
syanand full
1gb legacy
2gb legacy

1)what all those suppose to mean ?
2)Then I have tried 2gb legacy and made myself an emunand ,and I tried to backup with emunand tools ,it is just don't work,it shows only work with gateway emunand. Is there some tools to backup the emunand created with gm9?

Thank you in advance,I am still new to cfw though, thank you again.

I am just worried something messed up later ,so emunand as an insurance.
emuNAND really aren't necessary nowadays. B9S boots so early in the system's boot cycle, that you basically completely wreck your sysNAND and still recover. You are basically just taking up extra space with it.

It is fine with me,I have large size with my SD card,so do you know what are those 4 options mean when attempting to create emunand partitions?

I believe the full is a full emuNAND and the min is a redNAND. Where as the other ones are based on the gateway emuNAND setup.
I am not totally sure, but I say try out the full
