ROM Hack [QUESTION] How Do I make DSi System titles appear on the 3ds homemenu

Recently for shits and giggles i installed the dsi shop and pictochat on my 3ds using means of conversion
and they don't appear on the home menu but only on fbi how can i make them be on the homemenu

I don't think you can make it appear cuz the 3ds thinks that it's a system title to be used with something to make something work so like all the .CIA installed to the nand to make the 3ds work and boot the 3ds firmware

That's not a system title. Unless you mean some weird later model of the DSi I don't know about.
Also, IIRC, if you mod Pictochat to not be a system title, trying to boot it from Home Menu crashes the system. There's a CTR forwarder app that does nothing but boot the TWL Pictochat for this reason.

Since the 3DS registers the titles as DSi System Titles meant to be launched through another application (like how DS Download Play is launched through Download Play), it's basically impossible.
