@RandomUser Do you still have the BotW Memory dump for 1.1.0? if so, may i have it?
Last edited by skoolzout1,
And why is that so hard? There is a reason I made the Gecko U Updater tool so people don't even have to create folders/move files themselves since it seems kinda hard for some. However, nobody uses it so please link that tool in future.
When it isn't found, it will say the whole path so you can easily tell that you didn't put it there:
I wish we knew how to do this relative to the ELF so the folder can be named anyhow. Even better, merging the code handler into the ELF so nobody can fail anymore.Code:sd:/wiiu/apps/TCPGecko/codehandler.bin not found
I tried them again and they both still don't work for me.yea, it should :/

When the game updates, and you have to update your codes, can the regions affect that?
Yep. All dumped from 0x10000000 to 0x4C8A0000.@RandomUser Do you still have the BotW Memory dump for 1.1.0? if so, may i have it?
Thank ya kindly.
Two questions @CosmoCortney
1.) Does this not work with RedNAND? I got up to Step 4.2., but JGecko U can't detect my Wii U. I tried auto-detecting its IP address and adding it manually.
2.) Do I need to install your Codehandler on every boot, or just once?
Thanks for any assistance.
try entering the Wii U's IP manually. and the codehandler needs to be installed every time you reboot the system, change between NANDs or open system settingsDidn't get any answers, so posting this again...
No Problem, I had them on my computer.Thank ya kindly.

All files have been updated. The code handler is now always installed and you don't have a choice because there is no reason not to since the codehandler.bin is no longer needed, it won't be downloaded anymore either.I use the "Gecko U Updater", its more easy than searching always the new "codehandler.bin" or the updates of TCPGecko. By the way, can I still use it? It seems you have updated the TCPGecko.elf
I can't get past "Connecting...". Here's what I've done:try entering the Wii U's IP manually. and the codehandler needs to be installed every time you reboot the system, change between NANDs or open system settings
It's probably because you don't have up to date files in your SD card, if not then idkI can't get past "Connecting...". Here's what I've done:
1.) Start Wii U
2.) Start Haxchi, this boots Wii U into RedNAND
3.) Start game
4.) On PC, load up JGecko U, input Wii U's IP address
From there, JGecko U either gets stuck at "Connecting...", freezes on the PC only, or freezes on the PC and also freezes the Wii U.
What am i doing wrong?

So ive updated some codes for BoTW version: 1.2.0
you can view them at the bottom of the post on my pastebin here:
https://pastebin.com/GhVJX4ZY
i ran out of time and wasnt able to update all of my codes, but ive updated all of the "essentials" as well as anything that used the same pointers to work.
also, @ItchyOwned Ill need the new button activator address for the pro controller. try searching for the button values between 10200000 - 10400000.
this area mostly never changes even between games (99% sure on that) so if you get an address from there we shouldnt ever have to worry about it again.
as a side note: I know this area never changes because i made a code to sort of "fix" my gamepad. the analog stick sort of sticks either forwards or backwards and i found the Left analog stick DeadZone value in this area.
Here's the code that should work on any game in case anyone else has this problem:
Universal Gamepad Left Analog Stick Vertical DeadZone Adjustment [skoolzout1]
00020000 102EF998
07500860 00000000
Raise and lower the value of 07500860 to try and find an appropriate deadzone to hopefully stop it from "sticking"
i wouldnt recommend raising it by more than like 50 at a time until you get close to a good value

Oops, forgot to mention that I did do that.you need to run tcpgecko before launching the game
I'll get the rest done by tonight most likely, but I won't be able to port any codes onto the pro controller until @ItchyOwned posts a new button activator address for the pro controller. Thanks for the codes, man! It is unfortunate that the one code I was waiting for (blood moon for days) has stopped working and isn't working anymore, at least not yet I hope. But this is still great, you and PandaonSmack should partner up because your codes would be an excellent addition to his trainer, if he doesn't have most or all of them!

Also I'm pretty sure 99% of the codes in panda's trainer are mine at this point. Which is fine by me.
