Hacking R4 SDHC 3DS DSi Dual-Core 2013 (Clone) - Loading Screen

Hey guys, I have an R4 SDHC 3DS DSi Dual-Core Smart Update 2013 and as long I've been searching I think that is a clone.
The problem is the "Loading" screen everytime I put the card on my DS Lite.
I've done everything, hundred of kernels, update files from clone card webpages and it's the same.
When I turn on the DS there's "Spongebob's Atlantis Squarepantis THQ" and I've been reading that it means that I don't have the right files.

I'm using a SD card of 2GB and the R4.

If you have the same R4 and you can run it, please tell me where you find the files.

It uses timebomb code to stop working; it does this so that you buy a new flashcart, preferably the same brand from them so that they can make you buy again in a few year. You can fix it by rolling the clock on the DS back a few years.

Personally, I recommend to never buy that brand ever.
