Is anyone experiencing momentary flickering textures and artifacts in The Legend of Zelda Breath of the Wild, for the recent public release of CEMU 1.7.5?

I'm seeing them crop up often during gameplay, wasn't an issue I ever saw in previous releases.

I know AMD users had similar issues, but I'm starting to think this could be a 'new' bug... My graphics card is a Nvidia Asus Strix GTX 970 on driver version: 381.89.

It is a thing.

Copy that. The artifacts are more glaringly noticeable out of the two. They seem to randomly appear, and can obstruct the camera, although more than often they vanish and/or transform as quickly as they appear.

I've noticed texture flickering on hit collision surface animations, like water collision and slight gaps in textures applied to terrain. Anyhow, all this is shared more for reference and to aid development; although I'm sure the 'Patreons' are already keeping the devs on their toes... Not to mention, their presence here is slim nowadays.

good news everyone, 1.7.6 will break backwards compatibility with caches and graphic packs.

Good.

The excessive ram usage for unpacking transferable shader caches needs a solution. Cant even load shader cache for Yoshi WW (3800~shaders) without Cemu crashing at the 3600 mark due to 10gb of ram not being enough.

Needing 5GB + ram just for loading shaders is just getting silly now.

Yay, the water in Tropical Freeze with graphics packs has been fixed via new shader edits.

yip water now works here aswell :)

Just hope the performance will get fixed now, menus and world map run around 17-40fps at 4k, then jumps to 60fps once in a level, get similar issues with 1080p
