I thought the game was really good. My only issue with it was that it's not exactly designed with left-handed players in mind.
I found it curious how my sister said the same thing, she is also left handed and pointed out not many things for common use are for left handed people, a computer mouse, game controllers, maybe keyboard, you and her have a good point.
As for everyone complaining about the controls, YES IS BAD! Although i played it i DID NOT USE STYLUS TOUCH SCREEN. There is actually a option for this, basically i play the game using the buttons and analog stick, aim with analog and move with buttons. So they did try to give some options, even it is not good for everyone.
I dunno if the circle pad pro/ New 3ds controls help that much but IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THIS GAME, so maybe try it if you still think the controls are bad, it could help. To be honest, this sound like me, i don't play super mario galaxy cause it doesn't use standard controller, for all i know it can be good, just like metroid prime, but i can't use classic controller so i wouldn't play it. Then there was tales of symphonia for wii, used motion controls, but I got the ps3 HD port and the game wasn't that great to begin with.
Still the controls for the game is questionable, maybe someone can come up with controller mod to help this? I would be okay with the idea of maybe using modern shooting game controls. Kinda awkward how they could have just matched controls like resident evil games considering they have revelations on 3ds and ALSO USE CIRCLE PAD PRO. Just hope nintendo would make a proper port to switch or something.
