Apart from the awkward controls, I loved this game.

You just don't have any taste in games OP.
This, except the controls weren't as bad for me considering my both thumbs being double joints

The online is fun AF too

just really really not a fan of having to use the pen plus controls. its one or the other for me, and I prefer the controls all day long. Not a fan of touch screen games.
as someone who thinks Spirit Tracks is the worst game I have ever played, give it a shot

Rheumatism and a O3DS don't go well together.
Still tracking down a controller grip tho ;/

At first this game was meh,but i liked it later,it was my fav. The only reason i uninstalled it was the controls. It was actually making my hand hurt.

"Hypermobility means that you can move some or all of your joints more than most people can. A minority of people with hypermobile joints experience pain or other symptoms, and this is called joint hypermobility syndrome."

Sorry off topic, I did have an O3DS at the time of beating it, but I went back and can say N3ds has better controls (never tried circle pad pro, however)

The controls aren't great, but the banter between the characters is top notch imo. If you dont like it, just set the game on easiest difficulty and enjoy the dialogue.

Not all games appeal to everyone even if it has good reviews. Much like Monster Hunter, not everyone likes it but it's already popular. It's the same with KIU and pretty much every other game. You just have to find a game or genre that's good for you. You cannot just force yourself to like even if it has positive feedbacks.

Personally, I really liked this game. I love the humour, story, gameplay, controls, everything including the multiplayer. Just try to find what you're looking for in other games. Don't force yourself playing what you don't like. We play games to have fun. Unless, if you're a reviewer then you have no choice but to play the game whether it's good or bad since it's your job to review it.

I know what it is...
I'm merely saying that rheumatism and the O3DS don't go well together as in it's an extremely cramped design.

If you don't have the stand the experience will be poor because of the controls.
The controls are made to mimic a keyboard and mouse with the aid of the plastic stand to aim and moving around.

the controls just ruin the whole game for me.(and ironically i enjoyed the Dillon games)

The story was good and the characters more or less interesting, but the gameplay is terrible.

It makes this game feel like you're playing a master piece:

and yes I had that game once.

I thought the game was really good. My only issue with it was that it's not exactly designed with left-handed players in mind.
I found it curious how my sister said the same thing, she is also left handed and pointed out not many things for common use are for left handed people, a computer mouse, game controllers, maybe keyboard, you and her have a good point. :)

As for everyone complaining about the controls, YES IS BAD! Although i played it i DID NOT USE STYLUS TOUCH SCREEN. There is actually a option for this, basically i play the game using the buttons and analog stick, aim with analog and move with buttons. So they did try to give some options, even it is not good for everyone.

I dunno if the circle pad pro/ New 3ds controls help that much but IT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THIS GAME, so maybe try it if you still think the controls are bad, it could help. To be honest, this sound like me, i don't play super mario galaxy cause it doesn't use standard controller, for all i know it can be good, just like metroid prime, but i can't use classic controller so i wouldn't play it. Then there was tales of symphonia for wii, used motion controls, but I got the ps3 HD port and the game wasn't that great to begin with.

Still the controls for the game is questionable, maybe someone can come up with controller mod to help this? I would be okay with the idea of maybe using modern shooting game controls. Kinda awkward how they could have just matched controls like resident evil games considering they have revelations on 3ds and ALSO USE CIRCLE PAD PRO. Just hope nintendo would make a proper port to switch or something. :)

If you're on the tenth chapter and you're not having fun, that probably means that you don't like it. Surprise, you're allowed to not like things.
