Hardware Are the European Nintendo Switch units the same as the American/Canadians?

I've reserved a Nintendo Switch (Neon Edition) which I'll be getting early next month and thought I could ship it to US/CA which I'm perfectly fine with but what's the drawbacks?

My idea is to sell the Switch console-only and then sell the Joy-Cons and all that separately. I'd send it tracked so the buyer would for sure get it on time and I would start from as little as 99 cents/pennies (USD/GBP/EUR) giving the chance to everyone.

apart from some printing on the back and the power cable, they are the same

All the same (regionfree) except the packaging and charging cable (US and EU are different. UK i am not sure)

The UK has the lowest death rate from electrical injuries in Europe....

Uk domestic properties operate at 230v AC although I would expect ninty to be using something that can operate within the range of 100-240v AC 50/60hz, I don't care to look and can't remember if it comes with interchangeable pins.

You could just add an adaptor.
