Can you add this patch without using CFW?

Not sure, if it works, but someone could probably modify the romfs, so you can use the patch with HANS.

Would be nice if the key quests have a star in its quest name or something.

Just check online. Theirs already many forums posting which key quest you'll have to do.

I've noticed that on the Guild card awards section all the names are in the wrong place, apart from Kokoto, Airboat and General.

Yukumo needs to be in the bottom right, Bherna in the bottom left and Pokke in the top right.

just realise they do work together but every time I use the patch the ntr cheat plugin also turn on, so I can't online

What do you mean you cant online? The patch works flawlessly with cheat plugin that i use, even online. Which cheat plugin did you use?

I used darkflare69's mk7 plugin source and just adapt ymyn's codes from fort42 into it and compile myself.

along with the source if you want to mess with it yourself.

Question! I have an 11.3 3DS and am using Homebrew Launcher (Soundhax) to play my Imported MHXX, am I able to just run HANS with this? If so is there an easy way to do it? Thank you!

given the fact that the only methods are with ntr, i'd say you're screwed.

Also, how did you get a physical copy of XX already?

Lets say you ordered it from japan, how the hell did it get to the US so quickly?

Where did you even order it from?

I actually want to know.

You can view the cheat.c in Sources folder for the cheats that Ive converted.
