Well I've got two .nds files on my flashcard, one called GW-installer(it does not work!) and the decrypt.nds does not show up.

I used NvRam installer and that lets me use the profile hack.

After that I see the dragon and when i boot in classic mode I see this:

I select the Gateway card and everything goes black..

Show us what is on the SD so we can see if you have put the file in the wrong place.

RIP i might have fucked up.

1. Launch the Homebrew Launcher from the home menu

But the guide told me to update. its on 11.3, isnt HBlauncher broken on 11.3? What are my options? the next step is DSP Dump. Not sure how to proceed.

Homebrew launcher has was broken for about a week of the 11.3 release. Nowadays it works just fine. I modded a console when it wasn't working and just skipped dspdump.

No. Just launch homebrew launcher loader.

Assuming i replace the files with the one provided on website, this didnt work. Still boot > black screen > homemenuropbin is ready and then crash

It downloaded the new payload, but it still crashes after the message " homemenuropbin is ready"
