I also experimented, and I can export models fine, as long as they aren't the DAE format, which of course is the one format I need. Does that mean anything?

you need to add an extra slot with a css editor and edit your ui_character_db.binrename the name of the fighter like Pikachu and Ganon OR swap the normal.bch and normal.mbn
