Okay , i see my dad was not lying we he told me usually first day consoles have issues.

Glad im not getting it at launch month. Hopefully it will get a revision

You fanboys never cease to impress me. Who cares if it's Sony , Microsoft or Nintendo. Not a single fucking console should have issues. They are all big corporation who are making billions and treating their customers like they are cash cows. You are not the one making billions on behalf of other people's hard work, yet you are spending your hard earned money on flimsy products. If you have any issues at all , don't put up with it and return their fucking faulty hardware. Would you put up with a car that doesn't brake properly ? Then why would you put up with a console that doesn't play the games correctly? They are the ones that should be losing money with their fucking corporate decisions , not you.

You're right.. They shouldn't.. but they do. It's inevitable. If you had any clue, you'd know. It's hard to catch these issues until theres such a massive scale to look at. Internal testing can only get you so far. You, and these other idiots, are acting like Nintendo won't own up to it.

Just because the problem exists, doesn't mean it's a huge thing to freak out about. This is rather common. Now if see about >5% of switch owners seeing these issues? Then we have a problem.

Also, guys. Don't base anything off the video. Seriously... Half of it is user error (the grip).
I'm not saying it's huge, in fact I believe the affected user base is a small minority. I'm just saying some people act like these problems don't exist at all because they haven't personally experienced them.

A few seem to, yeah.. but for the most part, everyone is acknowledging that the issues are here.. Just not something to panic about, like some of the others are doing.. Especially that tool calling everyone fanboys.

They clearly state on their website they will not replace any consoles with dead pixels. I certainly hope they own up to it , but I wouldn't even bother going with them. Go back straight to the retailer. The console has only been out for 3 days.

A faulty car could endanger your life and kill you, a console fault is mostly just an inconvenience. You can't use that analogy, it just doesn't work well. And most people have no need to return the product because they haven't had any issues.

Of couse! In a perfect world, everything would work. But sorry to say. If you bake 1000 cinnamon buns, there is a high chance that 1 or 2 is bad. Undercooked, burnt etc. This is common in massproduction.
What I'm saying is, it sucks. But there is a reason theres warrenty. It's just to use it.

The only problem with your analogy is that , if I see I burned a cinnamon bun , i'm not going to sell it, and I sure won't write a notice on my website that "if part of the bun is burned , its normal , and you should still eat it because I'm not willing to lose money on my bad quality control" But you are right , that's why there are warranties. And before the manufacturers warranty , at least here in Canada , comes the warranty that a retailer has to take back any defective product sold by them within the first 30 days.

Issues that didn't exist from beta testers can sometimes crop up because of mass production. Unfortunately there is no way to prevent this, so you are completely right. And if anyone thinks this is just a Nintendo problem they are wrong. Any mass production electronic will have a few items that are doa. Even high end computer parts can arrive doa. There just is no feasible way to test every single switch produced before it goes out.

Check my post above. There just is no way to test every single switch before it gets shipped

I know, there is still a lot that goes wrong. How many Switches do you think they need to scrap in the factory? Probably atleast a 10-30 per day because of errors. We don't see those units thankfully.

Here in Sweden it's the retailer for mostly a year (some times two years). But the first 6 months (this is law) the retail must prove that I did something wrong. After 6 months. I have to proove the error was there when it was made. Then again, this almost never happens.

I think the Switch have 2 years warranty here. So it's just for me to go to my retailer to get it fixed. I actually not gotten any single Nintendo unit to fail so far (I hope I didn't jinx myself). So I trust their build quality.

Dead pixels are normal.. If there's more than a couple, then yes, they need to replace it.. if not, return it to your local retailer. Crying about one or two is just picky. They can't quality check every panel that comes in. They quality check a certain amount. Usually they'd base it on a percentage. Say, if like less than 15% have 1 or 2 dead pixels, they go with it. It's an exaggerated number, by the way. It could be a tighter range, or whatever. Crying about dead pixels is just stupid.. Especially since you compared the Switch to your Phone.. I mean, really..
