So, I accidentally moved my Nintendo 3DS folder while moving some files, I put my SD Card back on my 3DS and my .CIAS didn't show up, then I put back again the SD on my PC, moved the folder to where it was, but it still doesn't detect any of my .CIAS.

Is there a way to solve this problem without having to redownload all my .CIAS and just make it so my 3DS detects the data in the folder again? I don't have any Emunand backups, sadly.

Some more information, I guess: It's an US New 3DS XL with A9LH and latest Luma.

The 3DS should have made another folder with you 32 character ID Find it and try to put the contents of your old ID to the new one

It's weird. The extra data seems to be there when I check it on System Settings but it doesn't detect any of the titles except for the HomeBrew Launcher Loader. It still takes the SD's space as if they were there, though. Less blocks available.
