You probably left the first selected option when formatting your system.

Just change your residence settings back to USA and it will work again.

WHat format option? There is only one format option in the system settings, and i never used it.
Settings don't change randomly from one moment to another

So you either messed up with System Settings or after System format, you simply did leave the first country in the list selected.

Or someone else changed the residence country without you knowing.

--------------------- MERGED ---------------------------

Whatever that happened, the solution is the same. Set your country in the Residence settings and it will work again.

Mmh, you probably left Anguila as the first country you left in the setting systems after you made a format, anyway, set the country as your residence and it will work just fine.... and Anguila is a country btw, a dependence of the UK located in the Caribbean Sea.

You know, i'm embarrassed to admiit but i never used the settings option prior to intial setup of my system, so i didn't know it was possible. I think it happened when my mom used the system and didn't know what she was doing, but thank you for the help @Olmectron And thank you for explaining Anguilla to me @Demifiend :)
