Hi there! I would really like some help with my 3ds. I'm currently running custom firmware with luma 3ds
My firmware is 11.2j emunand and 2.1 sysnand
I followed the 3ds.guide to install it with no hitch, except that certain games do not work online or with streetpass. For example, Mario kart 7 works with no problems online, but animal crossing new leaf and smash will prompt me to sign the user service agreement in the internet settings (which I already have)
Additionally Majora's mask will not even open without crashing.
All other titles work offline and can be updated through Freeshop. Can anybody help me?

Sounds like you may be playing games that are out of region/you changed your system's region. Is this true?

My 3ds is Japanese and the emunand and sysnand are both Japanese too. I'd agree with you except that mk7 works online just fine, and the games can otherwise be played very smoothly.

The games I'm playing are USA files. Is that a problem?

Look here https://gbatemp.net/threads/playing-online-w-different-region-cia.428697/

You need to accept the eula for the usa region.

Hey, so I've been trying to use the bb Dev file to create a config file that will let me accept the eula but I think this could be a little too complicated for me since I'm a bit of a noob haha.

This process doesn't seem to work for me because the cia converter can't recognise the config.3ds file in order for me to install it. DO you have any advice?

Look on that chaos site for the config.cia file, then change the EULA agreement to ff.ff after installing the .cia, that should accept them all.

I used the chaos site to get the Cia and csu files. I tried following the guide to convert it to a csu to little success because it wouldn't show up inside the converter... The packaged cia file also didn't install into my 3ds. When I tried, fbi said it was an 'invalid argument '?

What does the summary say when it happens?

Hey so, I figured out what I was doing wrong. It turns out that I needed the config file which would install to nand, which I found online after some searching. The guides also don't explain this but you have to install devmenu to get it to run. It's working now and I really appreciate your advice
