How to make a fake brick prank (Tested onLuma3ds+A9LH)

1. Download the zip
2. Delete arm9loaderhax.bin (On nand if it's also there)(Make a back up if you want)
3. Put the arm9loaderhax.bin you got in the zip in the root of the SD
4. Turn on your 3ds
5. It'll turn on, but he/she will get a black screen
6. He/she will try to turn it on without the SD
7. No success

Oh my god that would be a cruel prank. And the only way to remove it would be a hardmod.

Bricking a 3ds (for real) is extremely easy. Just delete ctrnand, that should do the trick.

Nope, the payload on the SD card always has the priority to the one stored in CTRNAND.

Put a fake boot rom fail screen into the arm 9 loader hax bin that would be better.

But, if Luma3ds doesn't detect arm9loaderhax.bin on the SD, it tries to load it from CTNAND, resulting in the black screen (should be the brick screen).
