Updated graphics packs for MK8, which fix half res alpha, a bug with the race end background image and upscale the video used in MKTV:

7.00b has been released, but it doesn't seem to fix any crashes upscaling shadows. :'(
I have just merged this with the main repo. Also, how did you get the exact size with the MKTV screen? I wonder if I can fix the Splatoon screen as well.
 
Used NVIDIA NSIGHT to check out all the active textures. Simple enough, but you don't get back the Wii U texture format type. If you want to ignore formats, dumping textures from cemu should include their formats.

@RHY3756547 Does there happen to be any alternative for AMD? If there isn't, then oh well. I can just have you find the fix for Splatoon instead until either framebuffers are added back or there's an alternative for AMD found.

Edit it tested this on 1.7.0b without a grafikpack. Its the same result the starting line is flickering.

60fps, with slowdowns. I still wonder if cemu emulates the slowdowns too :P

If it's accurately emulated, the slowdowns from the console will be in Cemu as well. That's where something like Dolphin's CPU Clock Override would come in handy.
 
Mario Kart 1080P, Card AMD, Drivers Updated. 1440P and 2160P or better, don't work for me.
Is there any way to solve this with the Graphics Packs? Unfortunately I still do not know how to create these packs.
