Just used EFE. Open the nds file, go to code tab, Export Decompressed, then save the arm9.bin somewhere. GO to Replace, point to the arm9.bin you just saved and then click in save. Thats it.

But i can't open EFE. Visual Basic or something like that is needed on the pc?
You'll need the LibEveryFileExplorer.dll with the exe. Just extract all the zip into a folder.

You don't need EFE anymore, bootstrap alreally handles arm9 descompression.
idk, tested with professor layton curious village and bootstrap can only open the arm9 decompressed rom. I'll try again...
Use this version of the bootstrap, it doesn't need manual arm9 decompression anymore as it's built in
This might sound stupid, and sorry for it but, i havent been following this thread, so, what its the current status/achievements on this project? the same stated at the OP?
The first DS roms can now be booted from the SD card, but they're very few and don't work quite right.
Euro version of Bust-A-Move DS works until you choose what kind of Puzzle you want...then...black screen
Did something change on that commit? And why compile a new version everytime something change? It could be just a little thing...

there is no point really for tiny changes, people are just eager to see if there more game compatibility changes.
I hope there's a way to change the awful filter they use (I think it's bicubic) to bilinear, or the same one that's used for GBA VC. Would improve image quality a lot.

You're supposed to replace the NDS bootstrap in the "_nds" folder with the updated one, then put your ROMs in the "nds" folder.

@K3Nv2 I got some cheapies at wallys, that are pretty good, already have lost a few expensive ones (one falls out and gone, can't find) while cutting grass so bought some cheap ones, and of course never lose these cheap ones. (Cheap meaning only $35, compared to air buds which I only have 1 of 2 now)
