No, you need to restore it using decrypt9 with the keep a9lh option.
But that only gives me the option to restore NANDmin, the one with all my stuff is NAND_N3ds.bin

Do I have to put the nand I want to restore in a specific folder? Because the decrypt9 won't give me the option to restore with NAND_N3DS.bin, only with NANDmin

put the dgtool backup in the files9 dir
