Homebrew (Question) Does restoring my nand via dgTool keep a9lh?

So I was following the guide and I got to:
Section IV - Restoring the System
(I was using slowhax to downgrade)
I now restored my nandmin.bin backup but not my nand backup before the the 10.4 frim downgrade.
So my question is, will restoring my nand with dgTool keep a9lh?
Edit: The nand I want to restore comes from:
