You can't use NTR but you can use code.bin patches.

thing is why do people still stick with ntr even thoughi s unsupported and has had to be modded to work on newer firmwares

NTR works great still. And their isn't anything better then it.

it won't get any new features though and none of them will be improved and any bugs it has will have to stay in it

Rxtools is broken and has better alternatives. While NTR is glitchy it doesn't have an alternatives (expect gateway maybe)

well a better alternative was made for rxtools being reinand which was forked and turned into luma

thing is since boot ntrs opensource luma booting ntr on boot could be a thing reason why ntr does not work on extended memory is it does not boot every time you turn on the system like luma does mode 3 build does not work because the memory locations are unchanged from normal 3ds mode so it injects ntr in the wrong place and crashes because of it

The maker was harassed about releasing the source code by a certain member which ended in the creator deleting the source code from his computer and the person who harassed him getting banned

kinda stupid why would you delete the source code of your own program you worked hard on just because you could not ignore some one on the internet

You only really have 2 options if you want cheats (memory manipulation) for o3DS.
-Buy a Gateway
-Make your own memory manipulation tool.
These threads are getting annoying and they're pointless.
