What does that mean, exactly? That it'll be worked on at some point...?
It means that currently there is a build option for the Wii U.
As to why it wasn't actually built for the Wii U nightlies, it could be due to two things:
  • It was compiled but they simply decided not to include it for reasons (maybe bad performance)
  • The target build couldn't be completed, hence, not being included in the nightlies due to an error in compilation.
Could anyone with the correct setup try to compile said core for the Wii U?

Hopefully whatever the cause is, it can be resolved at some point, but I can't speak for it definitively.

How could it be compiled if there is an error in compilation?

I just tried to compile it and it throws a few errors, they dont look all that bad though and can probably be relatively easly replaced by OS wiiu functions.
Just out curiosity how hard is port between Wii-Wii U? It's like replacing functions, or need rewrite for the most part?

Oh so that's the reason why it wasn't there.
So the core can actually be done, it just needs some rework to handle Wii U's OS functions.
Thanks for explaining :)
And here's hoping that it doesn't become too much of a hassle to fix.

Hopefully it has a dynamic core as well, interpreter is pretty slow XD
I doubt there is a working dynarec for the WiiU atm. That's probably the reason there hasn't been a pre release, but it would be cool to see if it would run faster than pcsxr360 in interpreter mode. :)

And their servers are down again :glare: Won't be any build bot stuff for a while I suppose, c'est la vie :P
Its back up and running. Latest version is now 16.2 most and all emus are rpx

Only took 2 minutes to get the game logo to show up lol, but at least it DOES work.
