Gaming Downloaded leak of Moon and EU release date is here. What do I need to know before I go online?

Hi,

If there is a more beneficial thread that I could be directed to that would be great. I have not accessed online features since the game was leaked. What do I need to be aware of before I go online? I've heard mentions of different versions and tickets which has been totally lost on me. I'm using ReiNAND for emunand and installed Moon through FBI.

Simply don't use online. There are reports of people using official cart dumps getting banned. You always take a risk of bans when using exploited consoles online, as it's just a matter of time when the companies drop the hammer.

Backup your save, delete leak + ticket, then reinstall from official eshop by using tikDevil or something. Import your save back in and you will be fine.

you can use the titlekeysite and search for sun or moon and scan qr code with fbi (dont dload from cdn with fbi only install ticket and load straight from eshop) fbi dload is slow

Yes because it is v0 and thats the same as the retail cartridge.

I'm just going with what is going around, yet I never use my exploited consoles online, as I always have multiple ones (I have 3 3DS consoles) and one is legit for online only and the other two are A9LH enabled. There is no saying what will happen now after official Pokomon release dates and for any other game for that matter.
