Hacking Question: How Safe are Possible Pirated Wii U Games from NUS? (USB Methode)

Hey, i am relative new at the Wii U Homebrew Stuff!

I just wanna know how safe are Pirated Wii U Games downloaded from NUS PC Tool!
Ive talk about the Tool that Hikari posted!

Is are anything wrong to play that games Online like "SSBBU", "Mario Kart 8" or anything else?!
Can i be banned?

It's safe. Nintendo has no way of knowing that you pirated these games, but you've got a TON of games there lol

I through Nintendo could check that of checking while surfing on Original eShop!

And ..erhm yeah downloaded all i do really want to Play this/next Year! xD

In the eshop download history I have a title with no icon showing wup-installer or something, anybody else have something similar, is this due to using wup-installer and surely if it's on my eshop the big N can also see my naughtiness..
Not that bothered tho not much of an online player.

But protip: Don't Straight up broadcast how many games you have on a list that are actually pirated?

Actually it is very easy to check for them. They just have to check if the console id in the ticket is zero.

Couldn't anyone dump and hex in their console ID themselves?

you can get your consoleID, but if you edit the ticket the signature will be wrong. you will need a signature check patched firmware to use an edited/forged ticket.
