Depends on the PC and the Games because there are a handful which are full speed. If you see the actual state of cemu, you will see that is better to play those games on your wii u
Yes like showel knight, but if you want to have less problems and play it relaxed just play it on your wii u. And if you dont have the money to buy it load them from a sd card, or do the hdd hackDepends on the PC and the Games because there are a handful which are full speed.
Used WiiU is like 150$ and you want to optimize your pc for CEMU?I've got Pentium G4400 + GTX 560 Ti
WWHD drags at unplayable speed. Is there no hope for me with what I've got, or is future optimization likely to help me?

Just buy the machine. Its more than worth it.Well, I'd prefer that CEMU is eventually optimized so I can use my PC as is!
3000GHz processor, 17 brontobytes RAM, GeForce GTX 3 million.
Cemu does not yet run most games at full speed, even with high-end computers. Optimisations are coming soon, just give the developers some time.
If you already have a computer, you can try recording Cemu play and see how well it performs. (Because I'm interested)
EDIT: You may have some luck with Super Mario Maker, since most things are 2D sprites.
