lag on my CT could appear if you have slow SD and for that I will not totaly rework to on slow sd sorry ^^'
it work fine on my cheap 8GB SD not even a know brand.
So make sure your SD is pretty clean both in memory and in golden part of it.
Else I have no idea what could be your error as I personally try all my SD under one of worth condition.
If you use Hans try repacking.
As no lag at all can be felt in CFW method :)

PS: Thanks for tags it greatly help

God, I've got a 32 GB Class 10 microSD so it definitely is not the problem. What I've found out is this:
I use N3DS CPU Overclock with CTGP-7. So the CPU is running better than what it should. This might cause it to overheat, thus affecting it's performance. I'm sure of this because I'm now getting lag in many courses. Running at the normal clock rate didn't give lag. So that's the only drawback of Overclock.

And Pablo, sorry to disturb you again. I made a few more MSBT edits. This time I did it with the 36 KB File in common-ee.szs. Turns out the 3DS doesn't show anything different while MSBT Editor does. Anything I'm doing wrong?

Which string are you trying to edit?
A lot. In the 36 Approx KB File I remember changing "Local Multi/CTDP" to "Multiplayer" and "Online Multiplayer" to "Nintendo Network". I don't remember the strings but those were the keywords. Done using MSBT Editor. Give me some time if you want the exact String Nos

I'm on my task of getting the string Nos. Please wait for 10 min

The file I extracted just from my ROMFS didn't show the changes while the one I edited did. So is EFE causing trouble when I replaced the MSBT?

Also it seems you can edit the Credits as well. Why don't you put the Credits in the OP on this one. You know, STAFF ROLL editing?

Here's my observation:
1. I view the MSBT I edited, everything's fine
2. I replace the original MSBT and re-extract and re-view it MSBT Editor. It's still fine, meaning EFE didn't screw up.
3. I Build the RomFS and extract the files from it. I extract the MSBT again and view it. Now, nothing's changed.

Is something happening during the time when the RomFS of being built?

Delete tempdata folder, maybe your antivirus is blocking it for some reason.
Boy you're right! Genius! I'll check that.

Found the culprit! It's the Build_CTGP-7.bat itself. It did not copy the edited common-ee.szs to the tempdata\romfs\UI folder!
