I downloaded BootNtr and when I launch it, I get a firmware error. My sysnand is on 11.2.

Is it possible to change the target titleid for a custom titleid? I used a CIA file with the titleid already changed, but the NTR mod only applies in the unchanged copy. It's not that bad, but I don't want it to mess with my savefile

@PabloMK7 Ok. After tons of exploration and scrutinised observation, here are the tracks I found with bad CPU Routes:
Banshee Boardwalk 2 (I guess @Baoulettes can help here)

By bad CPU Routes, I mean they don't drive properly. They easily fall Off and lag a lot. I mean I finish 3 Laps and they're still on the 1st Lap. This is for the last CPU.

I can't be more specific than that.

It is failing to create a notification, or to create a file in your SD card. Is your SD car full, write protected or you made something to the notification app? If you can't fix it just create a file in CTGP-7/config called first.flag
Which FW, 3ds model, CFW do you have?

My SD Card has tons of space, so I doubt it is full. I have a New 3DS XL with Luma, A9LH, and it is on 11.2

I've tested it in my New3DS and also crashes :S
I'll release an update in a few minutes to fix the issue. In your case just create a file called first.flag inside CTGP-7/config folder. That will allow you to perform the 0.9.11 update.
