I have finally taken the plunge and have downloaded CEMU. I am impressed, but have run into a problem. I can map my joystick in the GUI to use what buttons I want, but when I go to actually play a game the emulator doesn't respond to the gamepad. I am using a Logitech F710 under Windows 7 (64-bit). Anyone have any ideas?

any news of cemu 1.6.2? im looking forward for smash booting this time jaja =p

Out this saturday, miscellaneous fixes (maybe more compatibility), a function that the wii u uses to off-load some stuff from the cpu to the gpu has been implemented, but not many games use it, looks like by next year (2017) we may have the entire gpu stack emulated (only 5 things remaining), meaning time to implement other stuff (I asume shader cache, higher res etc, but is just me guessing)

thanks for the info.

Really really really hoping that paper mario color splash will be bootable in 1.6.2. Definitely a reason for me to donate to patreon!

But don´t be suprised if that is not the case (which is highly likely, as compatability wasn´t the main focus of this update)
But we are likely going to see significant FPS increase in DK, Smash and Xenoblade :)

Same problem here; also AMD
This is actually a legitimate AMD GPU-specific bug, (one of few) it's what I refer to as the "Mario Kart 8 spectator bug" and it seems to happen with certain specific jumping spectators. Though did not know it affected the Piranha Plant bulbs in this course (doesn't happen to "normal" Piranha Plants) and it seems much worse than with jumping Toadstools or Hammer Bros. (Possibly due to size?)
Anyway I've been in touch with Exzap about it and noted it's been around since at least 1.4.1. This bug is also shown in some of my Mario Kart 8 videos, depending on the course, including my 1.6.1 video in 2 specific instances/areas-

I've also made a video in the same course noting it is NOT a recompiler issue and is also present in interpreter mode as well as part of a recent bug-report.

Hey Guys, i got another one of those insane Cemu glitches in a popular game again, and this time with the default settings!

feel free to explain to me how this happened or try to reproduce it, but this one is just... wow.

EDIT: I figured out what causes this glitch! setting gpu buffer cache to ANYTHING other than high will cause this (meaning it needs to be changed from default to fix it.)

Hey Guys! one last video for today of a game that is actually playable!

Keep in mind to run Ducktales Remastered, you have to set your cpu timer to HOST-BASED!
also you cannot beat the first level currently due to the game crashing when entering the boss room :P

Enjoy ^u^

Yeah I know, but here's hoping. The amiibo support was unexpected in 1.6.1 so maybe some increased compatibility for in-demand games could also be a surprise. Just crossing my fingers, although, you're right, it probably won't be the case. :(
