Hello all!

Me again, today is "cleaning up the house" day, and I thank you guys in advance for any advises!!

I have a semi bricked Old 3DS classic CPU-20 board (that one with CLK pin on top of the board) without any NAND or FIRM backup.

The customer, which is another technician, didn't know that board so he soldered the CLK in a "near" pin bellow the board (yeah, yeah! don't ask me how he got to that conclusion). When he turned on with the Fake SD out the console turned on perfectly, but when he connected it to a SD reader the console blue screened but Windows didn't recognise the new drive (I guess you already figured why).

So, he removed the Fake SD and tried turning it on. Black screen forever...

What I tried so far:
1) Recovery menu. It works, but since the console is already at 11.1 it doesn't "update" further
2) Tried circle pad calibration, touch calibration... everything works, but after the console restarts I still get the black screen.
3) Tried dumping the NAND and passing again through @Plailect's AUTOFIRM then writing it back. No go!

@Aurora Wright:
Can I unbrick this console?

Any advise will be much appreciated!

Thanks!

Maybe you can try going with recovery mode after you AUTOFIRM.
Since the autofirm will downgrade the NFIRM to 10.4, if you run the recovery mode, it might trick the console to update/reinstall the downgraded NFIRM and the missing/erroring files.

Who knows?
