Gaming can I use a micro sd card higher than 32gb???

I plan to install a lot of games on my 3ds legitly through the nintendo eshop as well as have games emulated with homebrew and such... will I be able to use any micro sd higher than 32gb?? I want to use a 64gb sd card for those needs until I crave more games/homebrew

Windows only offers the options to format as exFAT or NTFS on 64GB SD/microSD cards. Use the ridgecrop program others have linked to above; I've used it twice wile installing a9lh on two different 3DSes (one old/SD, one new/microSD) and it works just fine.
