That is the best one I've found too. The link in the description is great too, but I suggest you use the Rebug 999 downgrader over the Rogero 999 downgrader he uses. I could't do crap with Rogero, but worked great with Rebug.

And I just read somewhere it's possible to convert PS2 games into a PS2 classic format doing this, now that's exciting since my PS2 shat itself years ago.

yeah you can downgrade from any firmware with the E3
