As said in the title, I wonder if someone works for downgrade 3DS on 11.0 and 11.1. I had already asked the question before but I didn't have a clear answer.

It's because no one managed to do it atm. People are working on it, but from what I have heard, it's unsuccessful, kinda... I have heard that they are working on exploit which is going to replace 9.2 firmware. So 11.0 will be new 9.2.

P.S. there are 2 methods to downgrade from 11.0 atm. Hardmod and dsiware.

And getting arm9 will not by itself mean downgrading will be possible (although it will be relatively easy to unlock with arm9), because arm9 means being able to directly run a cfw or decrypt9 (which in turn means being able to ctrnand-transfer = practical result of downgrading without the restrictions and with less risk)

As said before, what we need to downgrade for free and using one console (what most people want) is an ARM9 kernel exploit.

With such exploit, we wouldn't need downgrading anymore to 9.2 actually. We could boot EmuNANDs or use the CTR transfer method to install A9LH with Decrypt9.

As ARM9 kernel exploits are very rare... We don't know if someone is working on it for real or if someone else has an exploit of this breed. Not only it has to be found, but released to the public as well.

So there may have the opportunity to have a custom firmware on 11.0

yes, people will always work on it. but its not very likely they will succeed again, thats just how it is.
this leaves you with hardmods and dsiware downgrade. both of which have been around for a while and neither of which is really that easy to do.

We answered this in the past, there is an exploit in development, though it won't be released for a while now.
